THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED (NOT SOLD). BY INSTALLING THE PACKAGE CONTAINING THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. * BoxCryptor is free for personal non-commercial or educational use to encrypt folders up to 2 GB in size. If you wish to encrypt larger folders or want to use this software for commercial use, an additional license is required. Please contact our sales at . Unlicensed use of BoxCryptor in a commercial environment or with a fraudulent serial number is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. You agree that you may not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the Work.

* Redistributions may not be sold, nor may they be used in a commercial product or activity without prior written permission.

* Redistributions must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

The Product is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Product could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, Licensor and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Licensee agrees that Licensor and its suppliers will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Product in such applications.

Falls Sie groessere Verzeichnisse verschluesseln oder diese Software zu kommerziellen Zwecken nutzen wollen, ist eine zusaetzliche Lizenz erforderlich. Bitte kontaktieren Sie unseren Vertrieb unter . Eine unlizenzierte Nutzung von BoxCryptor in einem kommerziellen Umfeld oder die Nutzung mit einer gefaelschten Seriennummer verstoesst gegen internationales und U.S. Urheberrecht. Sie stimmen zu, die Software nicht zu dekompilieren, reverse engineeren oder in irgendeiner Art und Weise zu modifizieren.

* Weiterverbreitungen duerfen weder verkauft, noch ohne vorherige schriftliche Erlaubnis bzw. zusaetzliche Lizenz in einem kommerziellen Produkt oder einer kommerziellen Aktivitaet verwendet werden.
